1. This is the first insurance agent my wife or I have ever had and he was very helpful at explaining things that we did not understand. We were looking for auto insurance after the purchase of our first used car and went to him because he was local. While looking for minimum coverage, this agent provided savings and discounts and indicated where costs could be cut while still having protection. They have always been available for phone calls or inquiries and have been very prompt at returning phone calls and emails. When purchasing a new vehicle, they are always prompt at helping complete any paperwork and answering questions regarding how a new vehicle purchase may affect the current premium rate. This has been my family’s agent for the last decade and he is very professional in his dealings. One of the things I’ve appreciated most about this agent is that he is not pushy when discussing insurance coverages. He understands exactly what kinds of coverage are needed and helpful for my family and explains them in detail. While he may make suggestions, he is always very curteous not to push additional coverages that would not make sense for our family. His office is small, cozy, clean, and inviting. He is conveniently located, but does not have much in the way of parking at his office. We have purchased only auto insurance through Nationwide at his agency, but would certainly consider purchasing additional coverages from him due to all of the reasons we have listed above.
