I contacted Paul because he was located in the small town that I lived in at the time. After giving him all the information he needed, I started checking out the internet for prices and coverage. Paul called back within the hour and invited me to come to his office to discuss all the options available to me. We went over each policy he had and he explained everything in detail. He answered my questions and when I asked for his advice on the best policy for me, I was surprised that his answer was not the most expensive one, but one that fit my needs, I spent over 2 hours in his office and he didn’t try to rush me, Every 6 months or so, Paul calls and lets me know if my rates can go down if I change my policy slightly or just to check in. I’m sure his great customer service is due to the small community that we live in”
