My overall experience with this office has been okay, but I feel that the customer service is lacking. I called the 800 number to get a quote, and this agent was the closest to my home, which is why I was set up with this office. I have had several billing issues since switching to this office including being double billed once and not getting refunded for that amount. They are often not very helpful when it comes to billing issues. The general service has been fine, and they office staff is usually very friendly. There just seems to be some disconnect between the information given to the general main office and the individual agents offices, so you do not know if they are getting the correct billing info for you or not. This makes their online billing a little useless.
