I have really enjoyed working with Ray. I first heard of him when I moved to the Lynchburg area because of his business sign on a major road. I ended up googling him and deciding to give him a try. He is very kind and makes sure to give you a personal experience each time you interact with him. I have two products with him and his agency so far but I would definitely consider moving more of my insurance business over to him. He is an efficient worker and goes out of his way consistently to make sure I have everything I need and want for my policies and claims. I have a couple of friends that have worked with him as well and both have really enjoyed their experience as far as I know. I would definitely recommend Ray to others that were looking for insurance because it is so rare to find a good, personal agent who is sincere and genuinely cares about the needs and well being of others. I also love that I have the comfort and assurance of him being with a great, established company like State Farm.
