I called in on a Friday afternoon to add a new car I just bought. I was told that y agent was with another customer and would call me back before the end of the day. I was ok with this. The agent never called back and was closed all weekend. I called Monday morning to address this and was told she was busy again and I would get a call back. It wasn’t until Thursday that I heard back from my agent. By this time, I was furious. I told her I expected better service than this from State Farm. She was snotty with me and told me she has bigger clients to attend to than me with just adding an automobile. I was shocked that I was told this. I want to file a complaint but she wouldn’t give me info to do so. I am actively shopping for new agents.
