Joseph Banal has always been friendly and helpful whenever I have contacted him which has been a good bit within the past year. I had to file a claim two years ago. This was our first claim and he waived our deductible for us for the repairs to our vehicle. I’ve never had an insurance company do that before. I have contacted him about lowering our premiums within this past year. He has always been extremely helpful about describing what can be reduced within our policy without losing any coverage overall for our home and our vehicles. I feel that he has our best interests in mind which makes me feel very confident with his recommendations when it comes to our policy. His office is in a great location if we need to stop in to talk about a claim or discuss anything about our policy. I have been extremely satisfied with his service and with Allstate.
