Craig is just one of those agents who goes above and beyond what I think other agents would do. He is really nice and personable, and seems to genuinely care about each and every one of his clients. Clients are treated like real people with real issues, not just another number to be served as quickly as possible. Craig took the time to ask us about our current situation and find out as much about our needs as possible. Then, he talked to us about the myriad of options we had. With different agents before I have felt like they were talking down to me and/or not taking enough time to explain things properly. Craig actually made choosing insurance fun. He was lighthearted and talked to us like we were his peers. He explained everything and answered all of the questions we had without making us feel like we were putting him out or making us feel rushed.
