Dustin is a great man. He is very personable and completely willing to talk to me personally about any issues I have had in the past. He even was willing to let give me up to 2 months to pay my premium when my mother died and I was strapped very hard for cash. I would very much consider him the best insurance agent I have ever dealt with and one of the kindest people I have ever known.
In the past he has covered all of my claims without any jumping through hoops like many of the insurance agents I have made me do in the past. Comparing him to what I have heard of the other insurance agents even for same company he is in a whole other tier of professionalism.
I plan on staying with him as my agent as long as he stays in the insurance game.
