I was assigned this agent by the insurance company when my previous agent decided to retire. I have been very happy with my service from this agent for many years. The few times that I have changed my policies have been easy. The agent returned my calls quickly when he wasn’t available, and my policy was adjusted on the phone. The options were clearly explained, and the new paperwork was sent out in a reasonable time. I was also helped quickly and patiently when I had to file a claim for a car accident. It was all settled in a relatively short time, and I was happy with the outcome. My check came without a problem. His office is not close, but that really doesn’t affect my service or ability to communicate with him.
