1. Dave Paterra is an outstanding insurance agent. I have dealt with him for all of my insurance needs since 1996. His customer service skills are second to none. He always takes the time to understand exactly what my insurance needs are. He has never attempted to sell me insurance coverage or policies that I don’t need. Additionally, he routinely checks with me to review my existing coverage and tries to force coverage on me that I don’t need. I currently have auto, homeowners, renters, term life, and whole life insurance policies through Dave’s office. While dealing with him, I have had two vehicle accident claims and one homeowners insurance claims. All three claims were addressed quickly without delay. On one occasion, I had a disagreement with the claims adjuster on how the homeowners claim would be handled. I contacted Dave and my issues were addressed that same day.

2. My experience working with David has been fantastic so far. He clearly genuinely cares about his customers and trying to make sure that they understand what they are getting, and the terms of their insurance agreement.

   I have had him as my agents for State Farm auto insurance for nearly 3 years now. When I was first shopping around to decide who to insure with, he was always available to answer the questions that I had (Which was useful, because, as a first time car owner, I had no clue what I was doing).

   About a year ago, I got into a car accident. Nothing major, just a fender bender, but it was a majorly stressful experience. David was great. He answered all my questions, and made the whole ordeal go so much more smoothly.
