I contacted the agent through the company’s main phone line. The agent then had his assistants shop around to different insurance carriers to find the optimal price for me. Once the best price was found, I was contacted the following day by Kim and offered the policy. I felt like I was in good hands as the Agency has a great reputation so I accepted the offer and my insurance became valid that day. Very good experience, Kim is easy to deal with and made sure I understood the entire policy I purchased along with additional options available. Whenever I have needed to update/alter my auto insurance policy, I call Kim directly. If he is not in I work with one of his competent assistants. I believe I will stay with this company for quite sometime.
