He’s been helpful and fair. I wasn’t really concerned with shopping around a bunch because I just wanted to get insurance for the place I rent. I had previously had insurance with State Farm in the past and thought well of the experience to go with them again. I went to their website to find an agent in my area and I went to the office and got it all taken care of. Nothing was pushed on me that I didn’t need and he helped me with all my questions and concerns. He was polite and understanding of my needs and put forth an effort to make sure that if I needed anything that he would put forth his best effort to assist me and that I shouldn’t be afraid to call or come to the office.
