My experience with this agent has always been very painless and easy. Her team is very professional and they don’t try to use confusing terminology that the average person would not be aware of. Their actual office is pretty far away from my home, so the majority of my experiences with her and her team have been over the phone. I absolutely hate phone calls with companies, since you are on hold forever and it can take a long time to resolve issues. I have never been on hold for more than 2 minutes with this agent and her team. They are quick, professional, and easy to understand. I moved a month or so ago and I had to transfer my Renter’s Insurance to my new address. The phone call took under 2 minutes and I was left feeling very surprised that it wasn’t a more complicated and frustrating ordeal! They answered all of my questions and were very patient and respectful. I received the bill in the mail less than a week later, which was very impressive considering I just moved fairly far away. The Renter’s policy was very comprehensive and not expensive at all. I will definitely use this agent in the future.
