My agent isn’t very personal but has done a great job so far finding me insurance that I can afford. It’s easy to make a payment through them and, if I have any questions about my coverage, I can call. When it’s time to renew my insurance or get quotes from different insurance companies, my agent is always ready to assist me when I walk in the door with little to no wait time and is quick to get the job done and always friendly. The one complaint I have is the lack of communication. I get a lot of direct communication via mail from my insurance company regarding balances due and their often wrong because I pay with a payment plan through my agent. I would like for my agent to contact me with the correct information instead.
