very positive as he and his assistant has been very responsive from the beginning. he always follows up in a in a timely manner and is always ready with the right answer from the start. he is a very dedicated and knowledgable person not just about the products and offerings of prudential but the offerings of other firms and the ability to compare without bias. I have had the ability to work with him and his assistant for several years and they have consistently been able to provide a high degree of service with a timly response and an ability to be very active in the use of technology to be able to assist in my needs. I think that matt is a great professional and i would recommed him to anyone.
