We had insurance with this agency for almost 2 years. They were always very helpful if we had issues and contacting someone was never a problem. A few months ago my husband purchased a new vehicle and called to have them cover this new vehicle and remove his old vehicle. Somehow they accidentally removed my car and added his new car. So a month later when I got the bill, I noticed that my car was not listed on the declarations sheet. I called and they said they were told my car had been dropped which was most certainly incorrect. The truck was supposed to be dropped. They said they would take care of it and would call me back within a few hours. I called my husband and had him call because he is better at taking care of these things than I am. Needless to say, almost a month later and it still wasn’t fixed. So we cancelled our policy and went with another company directly.
