She gave us a lot of options and held our hand throughout the process. She also gave us the plus and minus side of specific coverage, and what we needed and not needed. For example, we did not need flood insurance since our house is not in a flood zone. A less honest broker would have not stated this. We even went back to her to re-quote us a lower premium after we ran into some money issues a couple of years ago. The whole process we a bit jarring but she made it much more pleasant with her patience and communication. She always replied to our emails quickly and answered the phone when we called with any question we had for her. I would go back to her and her company for a future quote for sure.
