I have had very limited contact with this agent, so it is difficult to provide a comprehensive or lengthy answer here. The limited experience I have had with Michael Kehew has been acceptable, although a more personal agent/customer relationship would be more beneficial to me. My contact with his office has been mostly with his office support staff. They answered my questions and provided options and information regarding my policies. I have been insured through this agent for approximately 12 years and I am currently in the process of filing a claim for damage sustained to my house from a recent storm. Michael Kehew has not reached out to me – only employees of Allstate’s storm center. It was the same for 2 previous claims from storm damage. All of my interactions were with Allstate employees. This may be because I filed the claims on the Allstate website which is where I pay my Allstate bills.
