We’ve used Mike Schmitz for quite some time now, and have found he is caring, compassionate, and always eager to help when a problem arises. He actually kept his office open late for us when we couldn’t make it in during business hours, which is far more than I have ever had another agent provide. He explained all of our options, explained what he would do in our position and why, and waited patiently while we discussed it amongst ourselves.
We were in for car insurance, but also let us know about our options for renter’s insurance and made sure that we were aware of how we could benefit from adding that particular line of coverage. He was never pushy, but provided us with excellent guidance, and lead us toward the options that were right for our family.
