John Arens’ insurance office has been awesome to work with. Our house got broken into a couple of years ago and they were very helpful with our claims and getting things handled in an efficient and relatively painless manner. They were very kind and understanding during such a traumatic and frustrating time and made sure that our claims were handled and processed quickly so we could start recouping our losses. We also have auto insurance with John Arens State Farm and we have some of the best rates that I’ve found across the board. I imagine we will stick with this insurance agency for many years to come. We have been really fortunate to have found such a hard-working agency that is so responsive and kind. You don’t always find that with insurance agencies.
