I was first told about American Family Insurance by a coworker. They told me that their overall experience was fantastic. I then called my local agent. When I talked to Don he was pleasant and very helpful. He was able to provide me with many options. I was looking to purchase a new vehicle and was switching insurance companies at the same time. I bought the car and then contacted Don and he was able to promptly get me all the documentation I needed for the dealership so I could leave with my new vehicle. After that I set up automatic payments. I decided I was going to make a payment early thinking that it wouldn’t deduct the automatic payment since the payment was already made. I was incorrect in my thinking of this. I called and right away they explained the policy to me and refunded one of my payments. I haven’t had a single negative thing happen. He is always pleasant and happy to assist me.
