They are great in Mike’s office. There is always someone to answer the phone when you call. They are very friendly and look to help in any way that they can. When I email them I get a same day response. We combined two policies recently and now have two cars and one renter’s policy with Mike. They have always offered other products, but never pressure you in to purchasing something you don’t need. Very quick to get out new insurance cards and policy papers to us. They are just overall friendly, kind and truly concerned about my families needs. We have had them for 8 years and have always enjoyed their service, and receiving the cards from their office. We get one for birthdays and major holidays! Great People!”
