We transferred service from a state farm from one city, to this state farm, and ended up with this agent in the process. He seemed fine when we transferred to him, and we had no complaints. In fact, when we added a new car and subtracted an old from our policy, everything went easy peasy. We still have no complaints about the car insurance. However, later we tried to get home owners insurance from him, and when we described our house, he said they couldn’t insure us, and wouldn’t bother to come LOOK at the house to see if that was indeed true. Albeit, our house is located in a small town that is a 45 minute drive from the city he works in. However, most services WILL come to our small town, as there are not many services to choose from here.
