I was in need of car insurance when I purchased my first vehicle. I started out with a different company and then was informed about this particular agent from a family member that has insurance with them. I decided to make the switch and I couldn’t be happier. The office staff are very friendly and are always eager to offer any assistance I may need when on site. I have also made some changes to my policy and they were happy to comply with my wishes as well as work with me and explain some of the pros and cons of switching parts of my policy. I also like the option they give for paying your car insurance over the phone. I normally pay my bill in this way and the receptionist that greets me is always extremely nice and makes me feel like I’m talking to someone I’ve known for years.
