I HAD A DIFFERENT INSURANCE COMPANY FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND THE PRICES SEEMED TO CONTINUE GOING UP UNTIL MY HUSBAND STARTED PRICE CHECKING. HE FOUND THAT STATE FARM SAVED US ABOUT $20 A MONTH. THAT IS A SAVINGS OF $240 PER YEAR, SO WE TRANSFERRED BOTH OF OUR VEHICLES TO STATE FARM. I HAVE NOW BEEN WITH STATE FARM FOR APPROX. 6 MONTHS AND AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE CHANGE. IF I NEED TO BE A LITTLE LATE WITH THE PAYMENT, THE AGENT WORKS WITH US SO THAT WE CAN MAINTAIN OUR INSURANCE WITHOUT TRYING TO JUGGLE BILLS TO GET THE PAYMENT MADE. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE SEEM FRIENDLY AND RETURN MY CALLS WHEN I NEED SOMETHING. THEY ALSO HANDLE MY TOWING INSURANCE ALONG WITH MY AUTO INSURANCE, AND SEEM TO HAVE TRIED HARD TO HELP WHEN I BROKE DOWN AND NEEDED A TOW. OVERALL, I LIKE THIS AGENT AND COMPANY VERY MUCH.
