Agent is really personable. I really liked him, however the company dumped me after I missed two payments. Understand, this is two payments missed in the two years I was with him.
I mainly had him for comprehensive auto insurance, however I did have homeowner’s for a year. They were the only company that would insure my home for what I paid for, not for what it is allegedly worth. I lapsed for a year because I could not afford it, and when I tried to get it back they quadrupled the price.
I understand that an insurance company is a business, however they also are a requirement for most people. They need to remember that and HELP the people they serve, not screw them every chance they get. I like the current insurance much better; they seem to care about their customers.
