I recently was in a car accident back in July 2015. I had the car towed and called my insurance company the next day and they were quick to send someone out to survey the damages. The surveryor called me each step of the way, sometimes several times a day, to check in with me and make sure I was okay with each decision that was made. I felt like I always knew what was happening with my car and never was worried about being out of the loop. They were very thorough and I had my car back within a week’s time. They took care of all my paperwork and gave the check for my damages directly to the repairman so I wouldn’t have to deal with all of that. They were amazing.
Even in the past when I’ve been in accidents, they’ve been quick and thorough in doing their job. I do not know how other insurance companies are, but the responsiveness and communication level of Erie Insurance definitely has me glad my family has been using them for years. It is a company I will probably continue to use because I know I am covered in an accident and will be taken care of accordingly. Even the repair shops they recommend me to each time are always very sweet and hard working people that I feel confident about. I always receive my care back in wonderful condition and drives extremely well. Having this kind of trust in a company is important.
