I was actually with another agent and this agent took over their business. So I actually didn’t chose this agent. I started seeing an increase in my insurance costs with no claims filed. Everytime I called the office I kept getting told that the rates in Tennessee had gone up. However, I was able to move my car insurance to another company for less than half the cost they were charging me. At some point I will be moving my home owners insurance as well. My previous agent would email with me the I needed. This agent won’t respond to any of my emails, he will only call, and if I need a quote I have to talk with his office staff. I probably should have found another agent as soon as the office switched over. I have been very disappointed.
