This insurance agent has always been very friendly and prompt. Thomas, and the agents in his office, understand that people want coverage that won’t leave them in debt while paying affordable prices. Anytime we need something, even if it’s just a small question, we can call or email and they are always back to us within one business day. New cards are sent out a month in advance, they do direct deposit and send us the payment statements, and I always feel that they make trustworthy decisions. Every year they run our policies to make sure we are getting the most for our money. They ask questions, and explain things like ‘torque’ to their customers. I know that if I ever had an accident, I could trust whatever insurance we had with them.
