He was very friendly and knowledgable. We had to bring our two children with us when we initially met with him, and the kids were restless. He gave them cookies and found extra chairs for them to help us keep them happy. It could have been a nightmare experience because we were there for quite a while to get everything set up, but it turned out just fine. We really liked that his office was so close to our home, less than 10 miles away. We felt reassured that if we were to have a claim, the agent would be there to handle it from beginning to end. We went to this agent after having a negative experience after my husband had an accident a few months before. We had been using an online insurance company, and they handled very little of the claim. They made us to the majority of the legwork.
