Melissa Price has been a fantastic insurance agent for me and my family. I originally started with just an auto policy with her, and as time went on, I grew to purchase renters’ insurance when I got my own place, and homeowners’ insurance once I bought my first residence. Melissa was there every step of the way to answer any questions that I had. She provided outstanding council to me via various mediums including email and phone, even during off-hours. I’m a person who had many questions, and Melissa thoughtfully answered each one, even if I’d asked something similar during a previous conversation. She also looked out for me by recommending various State Farm options that fit my needs, and identified possible gaps in coverage. Though I could save money by switching from State Farm, I will not do so because of the outstanding service I’ve received and the coverage provided.
