James LaFranca is a very good insurance agent. I’ve been with other companies in the past, but they all seemed to be just trying to take my money. James and the others who work for him seem to truly care about making my home and auto policies work for me. Every insurance agent claims to be able to save you a bunch of money, but these guys get it done. This agent is friendly and knowledgeable. He sends me emails periodically with information or to just see how I’m doing. That’s excellent service! However, it’s still about the bottom dollar for me. If I can find insurance for less expensive rates, I would do that. I would, though, allow James the opportunity to beat the competitor’s price before I make a move.
