I’ve been with Tom for about 15 years or so now. He was recommended from my father who has been with him for years before that. I’ve always had good experiences with him and his staff. They are generally very pleasant when I go into the office and know me by my first name. I’ve only had two claims over the years for a few accidents. They handled the claims very quick and I basically didn’t have to do anything. I’ve had to call to ask about certain things and they put me right through to Tom personally and he asks how my father is and generally seems to be interested in my life and not just about whatever issue I’m calling about. I’ve seen insurance for cheaper but I like the service I get from Tom and he’s not that much more expensive so I stay with him. He sends me Christmas cards which I think is a nice gesture even if he does it for all his customers.
