Mr. Castaldo is a great agent. He explains all of your options clearly and makes himself very available to you when you need his services. He is patient enough to explain things that you may not understand completely. I had a claim recently where I did not understand where I could actually repair the car without violating the agreement. I had to ask several times but it was actually very simple. He never made me feel like a bother and eventually got me to the best choice. I think other agents would have taken the quick and easier route of just ignoring me or forcing me to be on a clock. He didn’t. I would recommend him to my friends based on this fact alone. It is hard navigating insurance claims and he makes it easier and less intimidating.
