My husband and I were in search of a new insurance agent recently. Wanting a local agent that we could contact or talk to face to face when we had questions or issues. We found exactly what we were looking for with the Bickle agency. Aaron and his staff were able to answer all the questions we had, and made the transition super easy. Highly recommend this agency to friends and family. “
Aaron Bickle has many offices throughout the area I am told. I am only familiar with the local one. He is never available doesn’t return calls. I was able to switch car insurances recently and leave him out of the loop and not only did I save money it was a lot less hassle. I still have my house insurance there but would move it if I could. I would rather deal with people who will give me answers, not excuses or empty promises. I want to be able to talk to someone or work online, not sit and wait for a call that may or may not come. I have got better things to do rather than wait on a self-adsorbed agent to make time in his busy schedule to get back with me. I am not happy with Bickle.
