We met for over an hour, reviewed our needs and found the best coverage, for less money, with outstanding customer service. The premium was over $700 less, for home and auto coverage, than our previous company. And, when one of us, (Emily Richards, my daughter and policyholder), was in an accident, they drove to the scene to help coordinate with the police, the tow company and the car rental company. He, (at the time his name was Tony”), even went with them to the hospital to get checked out. We were not at fault, but the other company was being difficult. It only took a couple of phone calls to resolve and our car was repaired, with no hassles at all, within a week. All of this adds up to customer service above and beyond expectation.
