1. Once when my car was ruined by car wash place she stepped in to get my vehicle repaired and then fought the car wash herself for the money. It was amazing. I had been paying more elsewhere and had never gotten any level of quality service, in fact quite the opposite. Others never replied to questions and only made sure I paid.

   She gives discounts and coupons for insurance costs when the rates go up to make sure we’re satisfied customers and we continue to have a few cars with her now about a decade later.

   She almost always at her office and if she isn’t she has hired a very intelligent staff that can answer all but the most difficult questions. Having a human being to speak to in person is so difficult now in 2015 that its a breath of fresh air when I can just walk to her office and ask her whatever questions or concerns that I’ve been having.

   It hasn’t always been amazing at dealing with Allstate (though certainly better than most other insurance companies), but as a middle person she makes the transitions and communications incredibly smooth. My parents can’t speak English terribly well so sometimes they struggle at handling Allstate on the phone but as an intermediary Celia handles the translation and makes sure to get the best possible responses for them.

   I am not sure that we will be customers of Allstate and by extension her for life, but she has certainly earned quite a lot of loyalty from my family.
