That’s about it. We wanted insurance and we sat down and heard our options and buy what we wanted and needed. They always answer our questions and in a timely manner.We had two cars so we got a discount. we also got a discount for adding home owner’s insurance as well. Later we went back to see him and got life insurance as well. We had just bought a house and gotten married and thought we needed some protection in case of a worst case scenario. Not sure what else really to add. The office is small but clean. Him or his assistants always answer our emails right away. They never pressure us into more coverage than we need. It’s been an easy experience with them the whole time we’ve worked with them.
