I decided to go with Holly because she is the agent my parents go to; this has been my first time getting my own car insurance. Holly has run through the different options with me and explained my options well. When I first got my car last year, she helped me get all of my paperwork done in a timely manner and took care of my registration and plates while I was at work, so I could just pick it all up after I got off work. This was extremely helpful and I was very grateful. I appreciate the fact that Holly is honest about different options and seeks to make sure the customer understands what he or she is getting into. At moments I have felt that Holly has been a bit impatient with me, as I’ve been a young driver trying to figure out insurance for the first time, but that is probably more my fault than hers! I have had a positive experience with this agent overall.
