I called 17 years ago in 2001 to get insurance from this company and I have been a customer ever since. I remember calling and the person that answered was so personable and conversational I already knew I was going with them. I initially started at another Allstate office but she moved to another state so I switched to this office. Whether I call customer service or physically go into an office I always receive A+ treatment. They always resolve any issues I have immediately. I have only filed two claims since I have been with them and both times the cut me a check the same day I filed my claim. The cost is so affordable that it comes automatically and sometimes I don’t even notice that is has come out of my account.
