I began policies with this agent when State Farm non-renewed my homeowner’s insurance for filing a claim. Mr. Baxter was personable when providing a quote via telephone. He also recommended types of coverage to better protect my assets that I may not have considered previously. Now my auto is above state minimums and I have an additional rider on my homeowner’s insurance for water backup damage. He was also very friendly when he visited my home for an inspection for the homeowner’s policy. Mr. Baxter shared that he grew up in my community in his formative years. I haven’t had any contact with Mr. Baxter beyond those two instance but can reach him if I need to do so. I think we have a relatively good relationship because I never saw the need to purchase a policy through an agent until my recent experience with Mr. Baxter and I am impressed with the personalized service.
