They are not great but not bad either. The customer service is poor but I don’t need to contact them frequently. Payments get drafted from my account so I barely interact with them. Although when ever I do need to contact the office I end up really frustrated and unhappy. They fail to actually help any situation or issue I happen to present which is why I do my auto insurance elsewhere. This place was just near my home at the time that I needed home owners insurance. When you call the office you get placed on hold for long periods of time if you even get an answer at all. Which is really disappointing, they would greatly benefit from customer service training skills. Overall where they lack in customer service it evens out in price. Although I will be considering moving elsewhere with my insurance needs.
