Everything was great with this agent in the beginning. When I had a problem, they were there. I could call them and get personal assistance from them. In the past few years though, every time I have called for any sort of issue, I never can seem to get through to my own insurance agent. He is always busy” or “helping someone else”. I almost always get passed on to his secretary. I recently had a claim on my house that was a big deal. It caused a lot of stress and I was getting nothing but a fight from my insurance company on it. I tried to talk to my agent to get him to help me out and guess what, once again nowhere to be found. I came very close to dropping them and I probably would at this point, except for the fact that it’s such a pain to switch insurance companies.
