My experiences were great up until this most recent renewal where, for some reason, my rates jumped an exorbitant amount. I wasn’t notified by her or by the insurance agency and this was quite off putting. After I alerted her of my issue we were able to find new coverage that was quite affordable so I can’t hold it against her too much. Also it is possible that she had my email address wrong, so she probably did try and contact me but it just didn’t work out. The only reason I use her is because a family member used to work for the same company and I just kind of defaulted in to her. Like I said, my previous experience with her was nothing but positive, but this instance did have a factor in me giving her a 4 instead of a 5 in satisfaction.
