I found this agent by doing a search on the internet. The search result showed multiple agents with multiple companies in the area. I called a handful of them and made appointments to meet with them in person. Frank was by far the friendliest agent I met in the area. He went out of his way to inquire about my concerns and expectations with my future insurance. He gave me a few quotes with various coverage amounts, and told me he’d follow up with me the next day. He called me the following day and asked if I had questions or concerns. He answered my questions and I came into the office to finalize the paperwork. He is still friendly and helpful, even though he already got the sale”. My rates are competitive, but the customer service I receive makes it even more valuable.
