I have been with this agent for about 8 years or so. it was cost effective at time that I was looking for insurance coverage for the car. Over the years the coverage cost has been steadily going down. I’ve saved a considerable amount since getting older. So has the car. Bill Bryan has been good to me and my family over the years. Claims have been a breeze to go through even when we thought that it would be difficult but not with Bill. He has been professional and honest with me. The billings used to be done with paper since then everything is mostly online. Which made it very simple to navigate and use. Not that it was bad before. Times change so it seem for the better. Customer service has been great as always.
