Steve Bates has been our insurance agent for almost 20 years. He has been helpful in trying to ensure we have the correct coverage and the least expensive coverage for our needs. He has worked hard to try to be sure that our insurance suits our needs and budget. The reason he is able to do so is that he works with multiple carriers and thus is able to make sure that we get the best coverage. We used to have all our insurance under his umbrella, but car insurance was much less expensive elsewhere. He has and will continue to monitor our homeowners insurance. I just wish he worked with Life Insurance, as that is a need that we currently have. It is comforting knowing when things happen that we have a human who knows us that we can talk to.
