I originally went to this agency because she was recommended by a family member. I pay about $120 a month for liability only car insurance on two older cars. I have since learned that this is not the cheapest option available in my area. I have considered switching to Geico for the price ($30 less a month) but have decided not to because I would have to do so online. Even though it’s a little more expensive, I enjoy going through Gayla Rigdon because I like the in-person experience more. It’s nice to deal with a person when I have questions or concerns about my insurance. Also, Gayla is extremely polite and helpful. She’s a genuinely nice person who seems to actually enjoy helping people. I haven’t had to make a claim yet but if I do I have no doubt she would help us through it.
