We used Chuck Bond Allstate on the recommendations from family and friends, as well as online reviews of him on Google. He has a good reputation in the community. Initially, he set us up with a great car insurance plan for our family of three. It was easy to switch to his insurance company. I expected better rates given our good driving history, but his rates were pretty average. We had no issues at all until our first accident. Our daughter got in a small fender-bender type of accident in a parking lot. After that, our insurance went up over 5 times what it was previously and there was no way we could afford it. Chuck had no options for us other than this extreme rate hike. Also, after this incident he became much worse at returning our calls and wasn’t nearly as helpful as he used to be.
