I have been pleased with the agent and the company. I use them for auto and home insurance. Each time I have a question or have had to submit a claim, they were responsive and did not drag their feet in getting back to me. When I wanted to make changes recently to my auto policy I was surprised how easy it was after speaking to her. It was handled within a few minutes. I have used the agency for over 30 years for most of my insurance needs, even another agent there when I had a business that needed liability insurance. My only negative comment about the agent is that since she is not the pushy type, sometimes I think she does not let me know of changes that I could make to policies that could save me money.
